Client information is held in both paper and electronic formats. This may consist of some or all of the following pieces of information: name, postal address, email address, and mobile or landline phone numbers.

After 7 years, all electronic and paper information is deleted and/or destroyed by means of shredding.

Marketing
Seven Hills Ceremonies does not send out any emails, texts or calls for the purpose of marketing unless permission has been provided to allow us to do so.
Seven Hills Ceremonies may ask if you will consent to your images to be photographed at your ceremony and used on its social media channels. If you do not wish to do so then this will be adhered to. By agreeing to having your photograph taken, you consent for this image to be used on such channels as, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Seven Hills Ceremonies is registered as the trading name of the data controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office, under the following registration number: ZB220658.
The submission of information via the Internet or email cannot be taken for granted as being completely secure. Whilst we at Seven Hills Ceremonies will do our best to protect your personal data, its security cannot be guaranteed whilst transmitting it to our website and any such submission is at your own risk.
